Ok so it has been awhile since I posted.. so I am playing catch up.. Well we have been in Missouri since the first week of August and love it. We met up with some of our great friends along the way to Missouri. Our dear friend, Sheila ,took these pictures. There are so many it was hard to pick a few. We have had a few rollercoaser months.. I am working as a customer service representative at a child support enforcement company.. umm not my dream job to say the least but it is a job. Bradley is in school and has recently resigned from playing basketball. He is looking for a job. It was not in our plan at all but we both feel good about it. We are just extremely grateful that the coach let us keep his scholarship. Basketball was comprimising the standards that we have set for our family. Brad is such a wonderful man and I am so grateful for a man that stands up for what is right even if it means giving up something that meant so much to him. Jackson is thriving and doing so well. He is going to daycare and loves it. He is like an old man trapped in a 2year old body. He says some of the funniest things. He always ask " you ok buddy" He has so much personality. We love our ward. We both have callings. I am in Primary and absoutley adore my kids. Brad is a ward missionary. We have been so blessed with such great friends. We do like it here but miss Portland... Ok well enough rambling.. enjoy the catch up pictures and posts.

A pirates life for me....

These cute little boys.. oh I just love them so. My stepmom (Nana) made these halloween costumes. They were adorable. Lucas is 4 months older than Jackson and they are the best of buddies. Jackson loved trick r treating this year. We went with our friends Shauntai, Brian and their cute kiddos Bryli and Wyatt. We had a blast. Jackson would say "trick treat" it was soo cute.

Jackson's 2nd birthday
Well our little man turned 2 on August 21, I cant believe it.. he has grown up so fast. He is soo much fun. We celebrated his birthday 3 times, he is one lucky boy. We celebrated with Brad's family before we left and then we had a party with my mom and then my dad. There are few benefits to having a divorced family but having multiple birthdays and christmases is probably the only one. Jackson got TONS of stuff. He loves his bike and worm the best. He ate lots of cake and it was really neat that we got to have a party with my family as well. We miss Brad's family soo much. It has been an adjustment to say the least but I love being around my family. Jackson is talking so much. He has such a personality. One of my favorite thing he does is he goes into his room and reads to himself. He LOVES books. One of his favorite sayings is.."Here you go, buddy" I love it. He loves cars and Thomas the train. He sings twinkle , twinkle little star and the popcorn song. He is such a blessing in our lives and he is such a happy little boy!!!!

Moving to MO!!
So Brad got a phone call on Monday from Lincoln University in Missouri. We were confused because they had already said thanks but no thanks.. I guess they realized that they had made a mistake. They have a new coach now and they want Brad to play for them. He is getting a full ride scholarship and some money each month for housing.. WHAT A BLESSING! We are super excited because it is a D2 school and everything that we wanted and more!! We will be really close to where I grew up which is kinda scary. My family lives about an hour and a half away. We are looking forward to the adventure!!!!! We are leaving Portland on August 5!

Jackson loved riding the John Deere with Bradley. He loves his daddy. One of the many reasons why I married Brad is because he reminds me of my grandpa (not the old part). My grandpa was a kind, loving and genuine man. He loved my sister and I so much and would do anything in the world for us. Brad is such an amazing husband. He has soo many wonderful qualities that I hope one day will rub off on me :)
Oh Dear
So I have a little monkey on my hands... Jackson loves to climb EVERYTHING even the kitchen drawers. He is so funny. I was gone for 2 seconds and he cleaned out the towel drawer and decided to use it as a ladder.. logical.. He is soo much fun. I cant believe how big he is getting.
